Air Pollution: Air quality affects the way you live and breathe. Like the weather, it can change every day or sometimes every hour. Air Quality Index is a tool that measures the quality of air that we breathe. Most of the Indian cities lie in the margin of unhealthy levels in the Air Quality Index.

How to avoid being exposed to unhealthy air?
Avoid outdoor activities for a prolonged period of time. Refrain from performing exertive activities outdoors; for eg: any activity that involves intense exertion and deep breathing. Since the quality of air is reaching unhealthy levels, you can safeguard your health by reducing the time spent outside and breathing in polluted air and substituting it with less intensive activity. For eg: instead of going for a run, go for a walk. This will not exert you or make you breathe heavily. Reduce the intensity of your activities when you experience chest discomfort, unusual breathlessness, unusual coughing, wheezing, difficulty in breathing and excessive tiredness.

How to avoid being exposed to Diseases and Superbugs?
