Desk Shoulder Opener:

  • Sit upright
  • Interlock fingers behind your back, palms should be facing inward.
  • Inhale, straighten arms and lift chest.
  • Stretch your shoulders.
  • Hold for a few breaths. Repeat.

Seated Forward Fold:

  • Sit on the chair’s edge
  • Keep your feet flat on the floor.
  • Inhale, raise arms.
  • Exhale, bend forward towards your feet.
